Key Responsibilities

  • Implement physical therapy care plans.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
  • Home health experience highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of home health regulations and general healthcare compliance.
  • Experience with HCHB EMR. (preferred but not required)
