Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will supervise, evaluate, and provide direct 1:1 therapy services to patients residing in senior living communities. They will collaborate with wellness teams to maintain continuity of care and implement specialty programs like balance and fall prevention.

Requirements

Candidates must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
