Provide compassionate, trauma-informed mentorship and advocacy to young adults navigating their first episode of psychosis. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate support groups, coordinate care, and assist clients in achieving their personal wellness goals.
Requires an associate degree and at least one year of experience as a peer advocate in a mental health system. Must hold a valid Peer Support Specialist or Peer Wellness Specialist certification from the Oregon Health Authority.
