Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist performs initial and ongoing assessments to develop and implement skilled therapeutic treatment plans for patients. They are responsible for providing direct therapy, documenting progress in electronic medical records, and supervising physical therapy assistants.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice and obtain BLS certification within 30 days. Two years of experience in an equivalent setting is preferred.
