About the Role

Join Grampians Health as a Casual Pharmacist – Horsham in [object Object].

Key Responsibilities

Provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation)

Promoting and supporting effective patient flow

Mentoring and clinical supervision of learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, residents and other Grampians Health staff

Active contribution to Pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings Skills and experience

Requirements
