Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post

• acute rehabilitation setting

• Perform patient evaluations and develop plans of care (PT) or implement treatment programs under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist (PTA)

• Deliver therapy focused on gait training, balance, mobility, strength, range of motion, endurance, and pain management

Requirements

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomes Requirements What You Bring – These will be different based on the position

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program

• Current PT or PTA license (or eligibility for licensure) in the applicable state
