About the Role

Licensed Mental Health Clinician providing direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals with mental illness in a clinical team environment at WellPower’s Recovery Center in Denver.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations, crisis interventions, and individual, group, or family therapy.
• Provide case management and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate medication needs with medical staff.
• Maintain clinical records and participate in team meetings.
• Perform mental health hold evaluations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $72,342 - $73,382 annually.
• Hourly pay range: $34.78 - $35.28.
• Language differential: $2.50/hr for bilingual Spanish or ASL.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
• No weekends.
• Day shift only, no nights.
