Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations to establish and implement individualized treatment plans of care. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient progress and goal setting.
Must be a graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and a current NYS OT license. Experience in inpatient acute or physical rehabilitation is required.
