About the Role

Join Bartlett Regional Hospital as a Behavioral Health Assistant – $22.40-$23.52/hour in United States. This recruitment is open until filled. Bartlett Regional Hospital is searching for a Behavioral Health Assistant to join our Mental Health team!

Key Responsibilities

It is expected that this position will always interact therapeutically with patients.

BHA 2: Under general direction, this position assures the safety and treatment of patients and functions at the advanced level of the Behavioral Health Assistant job class series.

Requirements

Qualifications for the Job: BHA 1: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must obtain 10 hours of education related to Mental Health and /or addictions within four (4) months of hire and annually.

Experience: One year of experience working directly with the public providing a service or six months of experience working with patients in a health care or behavioral health capacity.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience working with individuals who experience mental health, addiction, or behavioral health challenges.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $22.40 - $23.52/hr
