About the Role

Boulder Care seeks a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient addiction medicine care via telehealth. This role focuses on medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patients with substance use disorders.
• Prescribe buprenorphine-based medications regularly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide care through video, phone, and text.
• Complete documentation and participate in team communication.

Requirements

• Active NP license and PMHNP certification in North Carolina.
• Minimum 1 year addiction treatment experience prescribing buprenorphine independently.
• 3+ years clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work 4-25 hours per week with at least one recurring evening shift.
• Dedicated private workspace with high-speed internet.

• Hourly pay $68-$80 based on experience.
