About the Role

Boulder Care seeks a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient addiction medicine care via telehealth. This role focuses on medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patients with substance use disorders.
Prescribe buprenorphine-based medications regularly.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Provide care through video, phone, and text.
Complete documentation and participate in team communication.

Requirements

Active NP license and PMHNP certification in North Carolina.
Minimum 1 year addiction treatment experience prescribing buprenorphine independently.
3+ years clinical experience preferred.
Ability to work 4-25 hours per week with at least one recurring evening shift.
Dedicated private workspace with high-speed internet.
