The Medical Pod Leader provides clinical oversight for advanced practice providers and manages a small panel of geriatric patients. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical performance, accurate documentation, and effective team-based care delivery.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree, possess an unrestricted medical license, and maintain a valid DEA registration. At least three years of experience collaborating with advanced practice providers and experience in geriatrics are preferred.
