This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

About the Role

Join VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region Inc as a Physical Therapist – Home Health in United States. VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for the Kids on The Move program in Franklin County. Are you looking to further your career in home health therapy?

Key Responsibilities

Develops a plan of care to promote optimal functional independence and safety as documented by clinical record.

Creates patient specific goals and ensures that the plan of care reflects logical interventions and advancement towards these goals.

Plans for and provides skilled physical therapy treatment including, but not limited to, therapeutic techniques, patient/care giver education, etc.

Requirements

Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program required.

Two years of clinical Physical Therapy experience preferred.

Prior Home Care experience preferred Have self-direction and initiative, as well as be able to work collaboratively with colleagues within the agency.

Experienced with electronic medical records required.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $60.42/hr.

401(k) with employer match.

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Flexible scheduling available.
