Join Bruyère Health as a Physician Assistant – Medical Affairs in United States. POSITION TYPE: Permanent, Full-time, Day, 75 hours / pay period, 1.0 FTE SALARY SCALE: $106,478 to $124,001 annually Why should I join Bruyère Health?

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the ongoing rehabilitation monitoring of patients with complex and unstable medical problems in cooperation with the attending physician and other members of the medical team.
  • Communicate with other members of the health care team and other hospital departments, both orally, in writing and electronically.
  • Participate in learning activities that contribute towards enhancing delivery of patient care.
  • Maintain clear, accurate and appropriate records of the patient encounter and management plan.

Requirements

  • Complete the National Physician Assistant Certification Examination and certification with the Physician Assistant Certification Council
  • Membership with Canadian Association of Physician Assistants (CAPA)
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certificate Preferred:
