About the Role
Join Rehab in Motion as a Outpatient Site Manager – $104K-$125K, Hourly Rate in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Promotes, assures, and implements a philosophy of patient-centered treatment services while delivering and providing leadership, accountability and guidance as needed.
- Facilitates and oversees the care coordination and interdisciplinary communication activities of team members including patient conferences (“staffings”) and family conferences.
- Ensures timely conversion of referrals to admissions and facilitation of an effective patient admission process to achieve or exceed all admission goals.
- Oversees patient scheduling as required for all services, optimizing efficiencies in resource utilization.
