About the Role

Allegheny Health Network's Internal Staffing Team (IST) seeks Registered Nurses for inpatient travel assignments across multiple hospitals in Pennsylvania. This role includes Telemetry/Med Surg, Critical Care, and Emergency Medicine teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for patients.
• Provide leadership and mentorship.
• Delegate tasks and supervise staff.
• Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Work rotating shifts with 24/7 coverage.

Requirements

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state eNLC license.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred 2+ years acute care experience.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly pay range: $28.50 - $44.44, with premium rate of $65/hr for IST members.

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts covering 24/7.
