Requirements

Graduate of an educational program that meets the requirements of licensure.

Licensure, Registry or Certification: Current Texas Rehab services License required

At least three years’ experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist required.

Current CPR Certification. SMH is An Equal Opportunity Employer
