Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports nursing colleagues in their professional development toward common goals.
  • Attends and participates in nursing department leadership meetings.
  • Attends in-service programs, in and outside the facility, consistent with nursing practice.
  • Unit Management: Responsible for the management and supervision of all nursing staff on the assigned unit.

Requirements

  • Develops and completes MDS nursing portion.
  • Completes and reviews CAA’s as required.
  • Transcribes and implements physician orders per policy/procedures.
  • Follows established documentation procedures and enforces correct documentation procedures with staff.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Call responsibilities required.
  • Day shift only - no nights.
