Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits for hospice patients.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort measures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Follow and document physician orders.

Requirements

• Active RN license in NJ.
• One year clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
