Join Baker Center for Children and Families as a Classroom Behavior Specialist – Boston, 10-Month Position in Boston, Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains a safe, respectful, responsible, and inclusive learning environment by supporting students and working proactively to reduce behavioral difficulties.
- Implements behavioral response procedures.
- Provides crisis intervention and support, as necessary.
- Utilizes physical management techniques in compliance with Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) procedures.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, though not required. Experience:
