Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will evaluate prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and interactions while collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide clinical support. They are also responsible for maintaining patient profiles, ensuring regulatory compliance, and performing specialized tasks such as IV preparation and controlled substance management.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, with a Pharm D preferred, and possess a current, valid pharmacist license in the state of practice. Proficiency in pharmacy information systems and knowledge of drug therapy guidelines and safety standards are required.
