Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional growth, staying current with skills and knowledge and transfer knowledge to other staff.

• Establish rapport and maintain objectivity and maintain appropriate personal boundaries.

• Be familiar with diagnostic nomenclature.

• Maintain strong and positive working relationships with team members.

Requirements

• Must have, or be eligible for, independent licensure as an LICSW or an LMHC in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Candidates with independent licensure is preferred.

• Must have successfully completed a Master's degree program

• Prior clinical experience working with sexual offenders and an understanding of the dynamics of sexual deviance, is preferred.

• Familiarity with relevant research literature, clinical assessments, procedures and methods, particularly those designed for sexual offenders, is preferred. CLINICAL THERAPIST SCHEDULE

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $75,000 - $110,000

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
