About the Role
Join Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital as a Full Time Adjunctive Therapist 7:00am-5:30pm in United States. The Adjunctive Therapist is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and conducting therapy programs. Instructs or supervises patients in recreational activities as part of a therapeutic psychiatric treatment program.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and direct therapeutic recreational programs and activities for patients.
- Develop treatment plan to meet needs of patient, based on needs assessment, patient interests and objectives of therapy.
- Conduct therapy sessions to improve patients’ mental and physical well-being.
- Observe, analyze, and record patients’ participation, reactions, and progress during treatment sessions, modifying treatment programs as needed.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Day shift only - no nights.
