About the Role

Join Thedacare as a Respiratory Therapist Team Leader – Day Shift in United States.

Key Responsibilities

in relation to patient needs, and manages evolving demands from team members, physicians, equipment, vendors and scheduling.

Manages team schedules, revenue and usage audits, and meeting minutes, and is a super user with department equipment, supplies and software.

Participates in decreasing barriers, resolving customer concerns to enhance customer satisfaction, and reducing wastes and/or costs to support ThedaCare’s safety, quality, and financial goals.

Works in a team-based environment involving rapidly changing priorities to achieve the highest quality of patient outcomes while promoting team member engagement and accountability.
