performs vital signs measurement, recording, and monitoring; performs Alco
Recognizes physical and behavioral changes in patients and reports observations to the team leader/charge nurse.
Evaluates and documents physical, mental, and behavioral status of new patients, transfers to the assigned unit, and patients who are post
procedure. Reports findings to the team leader/charge nurse
