Senior Solutions Consulting Manager, Health Plan

About the Role

The Senior Solutions Consulting Manager drives growth by ensuring solutions meet health plan prospects’ and clients’ business needs. This role provides technical product expertise, develops deal strategy, and identifies gaps in client and member delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide key deal and market insights to leadership and marketing teams.
• Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations.
• Facilitate discovery for strategic solutioning.
• Tailor Request for Proposal responses and financial proposals.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years client-facing experience in health and benefits industry.
• Experience as a solutions consultant or engineer.
• Understanding of U. S. health insurance market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 15%.

• Base salary range: $128,130 - $179,707 depending on geographic zone.
