About the Role

- Provider will see basic primary care at brick and mortar clinics and mobile clinic sites to a primarily adult patient population.
- May occasionally be asked to cover clinic hours in Webster County region as needed with work vehicle and travel hours available.

Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Iowa or Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of Iowa.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly desired.
