About the Unit The Speech and Language Pathology Department is widely recognized for its excellent programs dealing with adult communication disorders resulting from a brain injury, voice problems, swallowing disorders or oral motor dysfunction. We also offer lymphedema services at this location.

Key Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree, Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), ASHA. B. Work Experience:

• Experience in adult/children neurological speech and language disorders, evaluation and treatment, including aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, dysphagia, laryngectomy, stuttering, and voice disorders.

• Experience with head and neck cancer, tracheostomies, cognition, TBI, dementia, and modified barium swallow studies. C. Certification, Licensure, Registration:

• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

• Part-Time position.
