Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, and/or swallowing evaluations.

• Review and interpret medical records and supporting documentation.

• Document findings using electronic reporting systems.

• Complete clear, objective, structured assessment reports.

Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.

• Strong clinical evaluation and documentation skills.

• Experience with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
