Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor

Join Ascend Rehab Services as a Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor in Fremont, California.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication needs.

• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) and support implementation of evidence-based interventions across school settings.

• Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with SLPAs, providing clinical guidance, support, and oversight to ensure quality service delivery and compliance.

• Provide Clinical Fellowship (CF) supervision, mentorship, feedback, and professional development support to emerging clinicians.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Active CA SLP License (or eligibility).

• Experience or interest in supervising SLPAs and/or providing CF mentorship preferred.

• Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $95K - $135K

• Signing bonus offered.
