Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy while conducting comprehensive assessments and ongoing treatment planning. Collaborate with an integrated care team to monitor clinical progress and ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field and an active, independent license in the state of Arizona. Candidates must possess a DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and experience with electronic health records.
