Key Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy services to patients remotely via telemedicine. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, conduct crisis interventions, and participate in multidisciplinary case planning.

Requirements

Must hold an active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Arizona and the state of primary residence. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable working in a remote environment.
