Key Responsibilities

Scope Enforcement: Monitor for and report if a member is requesting a treatment that is not approved or is outside of their legal scope of practice.
Clinical "Help Desk": Serve as a resource for members by answering questions regarding dosing, protocols, or adverse event management.
Documenting with Precision: Maintain consistent and accurate patient records using EMR systems.
Procedure Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the diagnoses, treatment options, and risks associated with common aesthetics and wellness treatments.
Safety-Focused: You have the confidence to provide calm, authoritative guidance during clinical crises or complications.

Requirements

Mandatory Engagement: Participate in required training webinars and community meetings to maintain proficiency in all procedures supported by Fresh.
Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing; multi-state licensure is highly preferred.
