Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a mental, behavioral, counseling, or behavioral sciences health-related field is strongly preferred.

OR An associate’s degree may be considered if combined with equivalent experience in the mental or behavioral health field.

Regardless of degree, a minimum of 1 years of direct patient care experience in a mental/behavioral health setting is required.
