Key Responsibilities

Will hold a six person caseload

Document all sessions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory and program standards.

Facilitate individual, family and group therapy in accordance with license

Requirements

Performs comprehensive assessment and treatment planning

Elicits comprehensive information from the client and collateral sources

Analyzes and interprets the information to develop an accurate diagnostic impression

Translates and prioritizes information from the assessment into treatment goals and measurable objectives
