About the Role

Join Pomelo Care as a part-time Pediatric Care Provider in San Rafael, California. This role focuses on providing evidence-based pediatric care with a population health approach in a telehealth and remote monitoring environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight for pediatric patients.
Manage complex cases, especially infants transitioning from NICU.
Participate in on-call schedules including overnight and weekends as needed.
Lead development and review of pediatric care protocols.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years pediatric experience as an advanced practice provider.
Recent practice in pediatric primary or urgent care within 6 months.
Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner with substantial pediatric experience.
Active unrestricted license in TX or GA preferred; nursing compact state residency required.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
