Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight for pediatric patients.
• Manage complex cases, especially infants transitioning from NICU.
• Participate in on-call schedules including overnight and weekends as needed.
• Lead development and review of pediatric care protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years pediatric experience as an advanced practice provider.
• Recent practice in pediatric primary or urgent care within 6 months.
• Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner with substantial pediatric experience.
• Active unrestricted license in TX or GA preferred; nursing compact state residency required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
