Key Responsibilities
- Perform twelve (12) lead electrocardiograms and assemble results for interpretation by a provider.
- Administer treatment prescribed by verbal or written orders from a provider.
- Administer oral and parenteral medications prescribed by a Provider.
- This position provides a 2-week orientation period where you will be training on the job and shadowing with the nursing staff.
- Strong patient assessment skills
Requirements
- MAT & Detox experience preferred, but not required
- Active RN license in the state the facility is located
- Experience with MAT and detoxing strongly preferred
Benefits & Compensation
- Performs duties under the supervision of a Medical Director or other mid-level practitioner (i. e. PA-C or CRNP) according to protocols established by the Medical Director.
- Provide health counseling to inmates/patients.
- (Please note that the pay range is not a sliding scale based on experience; it reflects the base pay as well as the differentials offered between shifts.)
Work Schedule
- Available Shifts: Full-Time Day Shift MAT Nurse (6:00 am to 2:30 pm) with rotating weekends
