The Staff Pharmacist Consult Manager oversees daily pharmacy operations, including managing staff performance, workflow, and project assignments. They also collaborate with management to develop policies, ensure service standards are met, and resolve complex operational or customer service issues.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, RPh, or PharmD with a current, valid license in the state of employment. The role requires at least 3 years of pharmacy experience and 1 year of leadership experience, along with strong communication and PC skills.
