The Physical Therapist will treat infants in a clinical setting to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell. They are responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and building strong relationships with families throughout the care process.
Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience. A background in pediatrics is preferred, and the role requires the ability to travel to various California clinics.
