About the Role

Assistant Mammography Manager - Temple Health/ Chestnut Hill Hospital at Temple University Health System in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the daily operations of the Mammography Department
  • Manages the Mammography technical staff and clerical staff at Chestnut Hill Hospital
  • Responsible for maintaining ACR Accreditation
  • Manages employees in a firm, fair and consistent manner to ensure that duties are performed efficiently and accurately
  • Works with Manager, Mammography on capital planning and annual budgets
  • Acts as Manager of Mammography in their absence

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Non Degree Program: completion of AMA approved Radiology program (Required)
  • 5 Years experience as a Mammography Technologist (Required)
  • 1 Year experience in a supervisory role (Preferred)
  • License/Certifications
  • RT(M) - Reg Technologist (M) (Required)

Work Schedule

  • Maintains employee work schedules, attendance and payroll records
