Licensed Clinician (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/Licensed Psychologist) - Infant Mental Health

About the Role

Licensed Clinicians provide direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families focusing on infant mental health. This office-based role is part of WellPower’s Right Start team serving children birth to five years and pregnant individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic mental health assessments for children ages 0-5.
• Provide infant-parent, child-parent, and family therapy using trauma-informed, culturally proficient interventions.
• Support caregivers with emotional development and behavioral guidance.
• Provide psycho-education and support groups.
• Coordinate services with community partners.
• Maintain clinical documentation and grant compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Licensed Clinician pay range: $34.78 - $35.28 per hour.
• Licensed Psychologist pay: $49.99 per hour.
• Spanish bilingual differential: $2.50 per hour.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday.
• No weekends required.
• No explicit call or night shift requirements.
