About the Role

Join Saint Michaels Medical Center as a Substance Abuse Counselor – Part-Time, Day Shift in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide substance abuse services and education to clients and staff of the Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program (OSAT).

Provide alcohol and substance abuse education in individual and group formats for chemically dependent clients.

knowledge of community resources that will enhance the client’s recovery process.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.

Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or Certified Chemical Dependance Associate Certification (CCDA); Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) preferred;2.

BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required upon hire;3.

High School Diploma or equivalent required4.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $23.55 - $35.33/hr

Work Schedule

Part-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
