Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for conducting intake screenings, comprehensive assessments, and developing treatment plans for individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders. They will provide clinical guidance toward recovery and participate in clinical staffing meetings to ensure quality care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and possess an active Illinois licensure (LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW). Proficiency in telehealth services and evidence-based interventions is also required.
