Pain Management Doctor

About the Role

Join a full-time Pain Management Doctor position in Greeley, Colorado, focused on inpatient pain management. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to personalized patient care and advancing pain management research.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform interventional procedures including joint injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, epidurals, PRP, and stem cell injections.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, psychologists, and pharmacists.
• Work with mid-level providers for follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulations.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification or fellowship training in Pain Management or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Valid Colorado medical license and DEA.
• Proven experience in pain management techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Work Schedule
