The Director of Nursing plans, coordinates, and supervises the delivery of nursing care while managing facility operations and staff performance. They serve as the primary communicator between the facility and regional leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality patient care.
Candidates must hold an active state RN license, current BLS and CPR certifications, and have at least five years of experience in nursing leadership. A graduate degree in nursing is preferred.
