About the Role

Join Renewal Health Group as a Associate Therapist – M-F Schedule in United States. Sanctuary Treatment Center is a detox and residential substance use treatment facility for adults located in the San Fernando Valley. We are currently hiring an Associate Therapist!

Key Responsibilities

and responsibilities: Responsible for individual, group and family therapy sessions to discuss effective coping skills and assist clients in identifying the reasons for their addiction.

Conducts client psychosocial assessment, develops and monitors the implementation of individualized treatment plans, carries out client intake process, and is available to solve any pertinent issues.

Collaborates with treatment team comprised of clinical staff, including the clinical director, program director and counselors.

Provide effective crisis management and intervention.

Requirements

Master's degree from accredited social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology program.

Registration with State of California Board of Behavioral Health as a registered associate (AMFT, APCC or ACSW) with number.

Experience working with substance use and mental health, in a treatment center preferred.

Able to maintain a professional manner with staff, clients, and visitors.

Salary: $68,640 - $72,800/year

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.
