Key Responsibilities

The clinical pharmacist will maintain competency, training, and ongoing education of pharmaceutical knowledge, integrated technology, and practice model changes.

It is the expectation of the clinical pharmacist to complete and document the appropriate tasks required to maintain patient specific record keeping in an electronic database.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctorate of Pharmacy and be a licensed pharmacist in Massachusetts. The role requires at least 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience or 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience plus a PGY1 residency.
