About the Role

Join Methodist Healthcare Ministries of S. Tx as a Behavioral Health Counselor – Bilingual, Community Engagement in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply specialized clinical knowledge and skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including addictions and severe mental illness.

• Provide counseling services using evidence

• based treatment methods, including individual, marital, couples, group therapy, and psycho

• educational groups.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field for LPC/LMFT/LCSW.

• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, counseling, and case management.

• Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.

• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and auto liability insurance. Preferred Qualifications

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $70K - $89K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
