Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Join Seneca Family of Agencies as a Bilingual School Therapist – No Weekends, Sign-On Bonus in United States. Hiring for Summer 2026, start date in July 2026. $2,000 sign-on bonus for new Seneca employees in this position!

Key Responsibilities

Work as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team with teachers, counselors, other specialists/educational staff, and program leadership.

Provide interventions including therapy (individual, group, family) and case management for identified students based on school

based referrals, individualized clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.

Engage caregivers in the treatment process, providing frequent opportunities to discuss student growth and needs.

Requirements

Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, professional clinical counseling, psychology or related licensure

eligible field

Registered or eligible to register with the California BBS required

Bilingual in Spanish /English skill set required

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $79K - $93K

Signing bonus: $2,000.

35 days PTO.

Student loan repayment assistance.

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
