About the Role

Join Heritage House of Marshall Health & Rehabilitation Center as a Physical Therapist - PRN in United States. We have an amazing opportunity for a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist! We are looking for a PT to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals that service our residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes!

Key Responsibilities

  • Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.
  • Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
  • Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
  • Creating personalized rehabilitation programs for patients.

Requirements

  • Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab. Physical Therapist Skills:
  • SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices
  • Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
