Key Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and diagnose substance use disorders and/or other co-occurring psychiatric disorders within scope of practice.

• Initiate personalized treatment plans with the client based on their recommended level of care.

• Complete documentation on all services rendered in a timely manner.

• Assist in de-escalating issues and responding to emergencies, administering care while contacting and communicating with appropriate emergency personnel.
